What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling client communications via phone, email, and chat with clarity and care

• Addressing questions and resolving service-related concerns promptly and professionally

• Keeping detailed, organized records of all client interactions and account updates

• Educating clients about available products and services in a simple, easy-to-understand way

• Working with team members and leaders to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

• Participating in regular training and development sessions to grow your skills

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and friendly tone

• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage your time in a remote setting

• A commitment to learning and professional growth

• Legally eligible to work in Canada (citizens and permanent residents)

• Willingness to obtain your HLLQP license (we cover the training and guide you through the process)

• Familiarity with digital tools and customer service software is a plus
